Day 2

You know that great class you just completed? It was the one where you took away the laminated card that outlined a product management and/or product marketing framework. When you were in the class you took great notes and were so excited to head into the office and start putting your new learning into practice.

Then you got into the office and you had at least three fires to put out the first morning you returned, which were followed by another 5 the next day. Before you knew it, all those plans for implementing that framework were burned up in the flames of the fires you were busy fighting.
